In episode 1 of season 6, Adrian and Emily decide it’s time for some harder trips with 1 year old Aaro Storm. "It's time to see what it’s going to take to get back to the big mountains". Adrian reunites with his Sherpa team in the Khumbu Valley. Aaro gets to see the place where his mom and dad met, as the family enjoys the big mountains that have remained central to Adrian and Emily's lives.

Heavy snow storms hit and the couple feels the intensity with having a new born. They continue to work and find that perfect balance of finding time for themselves and taking care of a brand new baby boy.
